Pricing
How much will my project cost?
Every garden is unique, so pricing depends on several factors, including size, accessibility, materials, and whether existing materials need to be removed. We provide a tailored quote after discussing your project.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes! Until July 2025, we offer free consultations and designs. After that, all consultations will be charged due to the inclusion of 3D garden design, which requires significant time and expertise. However, you will receive a detailed, personalised plan and quote based on your needs.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we take a deposit to secure your booking and cover materials. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
Do you offer payment plans?
We don’t offer traditional finance options, but we do operate a clear three stage payment structure. This allows you to spread the costs naturally across the project timeline. We're also happy to discuss phased projects to help manage budgets effectively.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, our quotes are transparent. If unforeseen issues arise (such as drainage problems or additional groundwork requirements), we will discuss them with you before proceeding.
Materials
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials suited to your project, including natural stone, porcelain, timber, composite decking, and premium plants and turf. If you have specific preferences, let us know!
Can I supply my own materials?
In some cases, yes, but we can’t guarantee the quality or suitability of materials we haven’t sourced ourselves. Let’s discuss it beforehand.
Do you use sustainable materials?
Whenever possible, we prioritise sustainable and locally sourced materials. We can also recommend Eco-friendly options based on your project goals.
What happens if materials are delayed?
Supply chain delays can occasionally happen, but we’ll always keep you informed and work to minimise any impact on your project timeline.
Timing & Project Duration
How long will my project take?
The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the job. Small tasks like fencing repairs or planting can be completed in a day, while larger projects such as patios, pergolas, or full garden redesigns take longer. We provide a clear time frame during the quoting process.
What if the weather is bad?
We work in most weather conditions, but if it’s too extreme to continue safely or maintain quality, we may reschedule.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Spring and summer slots fill up quickly, so get in touch early to secure your preferred dates.
General
Do I need planning permission?
Most garden projects don’t require planning permission, but certain structures, raised areas, or large garden buildings might. We can advise you on this during the planning process.
Will my garden be left tidy?
Absolutely. We always clean up after ourselves and properly dispose of waste, leaving your garden ready to enjoy.
Can I see examples of your work?
Of course! Visit our Portfolio page to see past projects and get inspiration for your own garden.
Do you offer maintenance services?
While we primarily focus on landscaping and design, we can recommend trusted professionals for ongoing garden maintenance.
Can you work with my existing garden features?
Yes! If you have elements you’d like to keep, such as mature trees, existing patios, or water features, we’ll incorporate them into the design where possible.
What areas do you cover?
We primarily serve south wales, but feel free to reach out if you’re outside this region, we may still be able to help!
Can I make changes once the project has started?
Minor adjustments are possible, but significant changes may affect the timeline and cost. We’ll always discuss options with you before proceeding.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranty details depend on the materials and project type, which we’ll discuss with you during the planning phase.
